Who is eligible to apply for the Producer Retreat?

The Producer Retreat is open to music producers, beatmakers, and creative professionals at all stages of their journey. Whether you're an emerging talent or an established producer, we welcome individuals who are passionate about music, eager to grow, and committed to their craft.

Where do the retreats take place?

Our retreats are hosted in stunning, hand-picked locations—such as private villas in Los Angeles and other inspiring cities—designed to spark creativity and connection.

What’s included in the retreat experience?

Your retreat fee includes luxury accommodations, gourmet meals, curated workshops, studio sessions, guest mentor access, creative challenges, and community-building events.

What should I bring to the retreat?

Bring your laptop, headphones, preferred DAW, and any key gear you use daily. We provide the production setups—you bring the tools that make your workflow unique.

Producer Retreat Refund Policy

All sales are final. Registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

Because the Producer Retreat requires advance financial commitments for facilities, accommodations, faculty, and program development, we are unable to offer cash refunds once a registration is confirmed.

However, to ensure fairness and flexibility, participants are provided with the following options:

 

1. Retreat Credit

If a participant is unable to attend, the full registration fee may be applied as a credit toward a future Producer Retreat, provided written notice is received at least 14 days prior to the retreat start date. Credits are valid for 12 months from the original retreat date and are non-transferable for cash.

 

2. Transfer of Registration

Registrations may be transferred to another producer at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 7 days prior to the retreat start date. The replacement participant must meet all eligibility and participation requirements.

Graduates join our growing network of creatives, with opportunities for future collaborations, exclusive content, placements, and continued support long after the retreat ends.
